Who we are

Soraya Biscuits BV (company number BE 0755.963.164) runs this website. For any question about your data, write to info@sorayabiscuits.com.

What we keep, and why

• Ask your store: the city and the store you pick. No name, no contact details.
• Become a retail partner: your company, name, role, country, e-mail, phone number (if you fill it in) and message. We use them only to answer you and to talk about working together.
• Spell a name: if a name is not on our list yet, we keep only the name itself, to check it before it can appear on the site. Nothing else is linked to it.
• On your own device: your language, the names you spelled and the stories you read are remembered in your browser. They never leave your device.

We never sell your data. Only the Soraya team sees it, and the companies that host our website and deliver our e-mail, who work for us.

Why we may do this: you asked us (partner form), you agreed (statistics cookies), and we need to check names and keep the site safe.

How long

Partner requests: up to two years after our last contact. Names we do not approve: deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

A few small cookies (cmplz_…) remember your cookie choice for six months; they are always on. Statistics cookies from Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…, up to two years) are only set after you click “Accept”. They show how many people visit and which pages help, never who you are. If you click “Deny”, Google Analytics only receives anonymous signals without cookies and without an identifier, to estimate visitor numbers. We also count, without cookies and without any personal data, how often parts of the site are used (for example how many names are played), to improve the site. Google may process this data outside the EU, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
